Hi Jane and Filipe I couldn't sleep so decided to check your blog. Sounds great though I agree not too much "hearty Fare" Have had a great few days with mum and dad very relaxing. Even got mum to come for a swim with me. Full Ironman was cancelled and we had a half on the Sunday. I did not go as well as I would have liked. Selena did well. However I got my Kona spot so I should be happy? Did not deserve it. Anyway just enjoy yourselves I'm sure you will Luv Karla
